2. Nature of Services

AstroSuraj provides astrology, tarot, numerology, and related guidance services through chat and call consultations with independent astrologers, along with tools such as Kundli generation and horoscope predictions. These services are intended for entertainment, informational, and guidance purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.

Decisions related to health, marriage, career, investments, or legal matters should always be made after consulting qualified professionals in the respective fields. AstroSuraj and its astrologers do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any consultation.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email, phone number, and date of birth (for astrological purposes). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Wallet, Payments & Refunds

To consult with astrologers via chat or call, you must recharge your AstroSuraj wallet using our secure payment gateway.
Charges for chat and call consultations are deducted from your wallet on a per-minute basis, at the rate displayed on each astrologer's profile.
Wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in case of technical errors on our part.
If a payment is successfully deducted but not reflected in your wallet due to a technical issue, please contact our support team with your transaction details for resolution.
Cashback and promotional offers, if any, are subject to the specific terms mentioned with each offer and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. User Conduct

While using AstroSuraj, you agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
Share offensive, obscene, or threatening content with astrologers or other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems, or any astrologer's personal contact information.
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during registration or consultations.
Record, reproduce, or distribute consultation content without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms, without prior notice and without refund of wallet balance.

6. Astrologer Conduct & Disclaimer

Astrologers on AstroSuraj are independent practitioners and are not employees of AstroSuraj. While we verify astrologers based on their experience and credentials, AstroSuraj does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any prediction, reading, or advice provided. Any reliance on such guidance is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Reviews & Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings for astrologers after a consultation. All reviews are subject to moderation and approval before being published publicly. AstroSuraj reserves the right to remove any review that is found to be abusive, fake, defamatory, or in violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AstroSuraj — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, horoscope content, and software — is the property of AstroSuraj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our platform without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AstroSuraj, its team, and affiliated astrologers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological consultations, technical errors, service interruptions, or loss of wallet balance due to user negligence.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, AstroSuraj does not guarantee that the website, chat, or call services will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of AstroSuraj after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
